Corey has proudly served the club for over 19 years, bringing a deep passion for both our community and our waterfront. She first learned to sail as a child at our very own Sailing Center, a connection that sparked her lifelong dedication to the club. Before stepping into her current leadership role, Corey worked in many waterfront positions, gaining hands-on experience that shaped her member-first approach. Today, she loves welcoming new faces, engaging with our current members, and sharing the spirit of our club through creative storytelling and meaningful connections.

Jason has been serving our club for over 2 years, bringing more than 15 years of experience in the private country club industry. A seasoned and versatile professional, he is skilled in team leadership and employee development. With a proactive approach, Jason is dedicated to enhancing service, quality, and overall member satisfaction—ensuring every dining and hospitality experience at the club is exceptional.

With 25 years of experience, Shannon is a Certified Professional in Catering and Events (CPCE), WSET Level 2 Wine & Spirits certified, and an Etiquette Instructor. Known for her creativity and organizational expertise, she has a passion for designing memorable experiences and setting the highest standards in service. Shannon can’t wait to help you plan the perfect event at the club.

Born in Salzburg, Austria, Chef Christian’s passion for cooking began in his grandmother’s kitchen and led him to train at the Vienna Hilton’s culinary program. His career has taken him around the world—from Australia and Singapore to the Caribbean, Hong Kong, and Malaysia, where he had the honor of cooking for the late Queen Elizabeth. In the U.S., he led kitchens at New York’s Windows on the World and later served as a corporate training chef for PF Chang’s. Now fulfilling his dream of calling Florida home, Chef Christian is proud to lead the culinary team at SPYC, bringing creativity, global flavors, and fresh inspiration to every dining experience.

With over two years of experience at SPYC, Chef Troy is known for his warm personality and passion for food. He loves interacting with members and takes pride in creating culinary magic that makes every dining experience special.

With over 16 years of dedicated service to the club, Delora is a familiar and friendly face at Pass-a-Grille. She loves welcoming members and making each visit feel special.

With 5 years of experience at the club, Bradley has recently been promoted to Banquet Chef. He looks forward to bringing creativity and care to every detail, making your next event truly magical.

For 4 years, Natalia has been crafting the exquisite desserts that members know and love. With a passion for both creativity and flavor, she brings artistry to every pastry and sweet creation. Be sure to treat yourself to one of her signature delights on your next visit.

With over 16 years of experience at SPYC, Jonathan is dedicated to elevating the member experience one glass at a time. He loves crafting the perfect cocktail or mocktail and takes pride in creating drinks that bring people together and make every visit memorable.

With over 12 years of service to SPYC, Steve brings a wealth of expertise in electrical contracting, facility management, and marine operations. Originally from the United Kingdom, he began his career as an electrician before running his own contracting business. After relocating to the U.S. in 2010, Steve has become an integral part of the club, ensuring our facilities and waterfront run smoothly every day.

With over 10 years of experience at SPYC, Leah plays a key role in supporting our members and enhancing their club experience. She is the creative force behind the membership publication Smooth Sailing and loves working closely with members to ensure every detail of their time at the club is truly enjoyable.

With 7 years of service, Emma brings both passion and expertise to the SPYC Sailing Center. She first learned to sail right here at the club and has gone on to become a competitive racer. Today, Emma is dedicated to helping members enjoy the water and is always happy to ensure your boating needs are met.

Paul joined the SPYC team earlier this year, bringing valuable experience in dock and marina operations along with service as a former Coast Guard member. Dedicated to our boating community, he can’t wait to help you with all your waterfront needs.

With 20 years of service, Todd is dedicated to developing the next generation of sailors while supporting visiting racers from around the world. He loves training young athletes, fostering a passion for sailing, and helping them grow into the yacht racers of tomorrow.

Open Wednesday through Sunday, the Snell Isle Marina is your go-to stop on the water. Featuring a convenient fuel dock and a fully stocked ship store, we’re here to provide everything from snacks and beverages to boating essentials; making your time on and off the water smooth and enjoyable.

Stacey joined the SPYC team a year ago and brings a strong background in management to her role. She takes pride in making the club sparkle—just like her personality—and loves creating a warm, welcoming environment for members and guests.
